About the Speaker

People hire me to walk alongside them while they heal from their childhoods. I’m trained as a registered therapeutic counsellor, and I’ve been working on my own recovery from family dysfunction since I was 19 years old. My formal training and my lived experience mean I help my clients from a trauma-informed perspective, and guide them toward greater peace of mind, a healthier body, and a thriving spirit.
