I am a Life Coach and Author of Fire Wife: Standing Strong in Your Relationship, Your Life and Your Dreams. I specialize in personal growth, mindset coaching, goal setting and achievement. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I am also conducting online workshops beginning January 2025, with the first one called Mindset Reset: Building Confidence and Clarity for Manifesting Your Goals and Dreams. This is the first foundational workshop in an Empowerment serious for the 2025 season. My past accomplishments include coordinator for Soup Sisters in the Tri-Cities, The Tri-Cities Women’s Conference, Cooking Column with Tri-Cities Dispatch. I have been married for 30 years, have two sons and am about to become a grandmother. My dream is to empower people to fulfill their potential and live a happy contented and meaningful life.
